Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

  • Visa bookings can be cancelled by contacting our Toll-Free Number.
  • If you have applied for multiple visas or for several individuals, please clearly specify which visa(s) you wish to cancel.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed offline, the eligible refund amount—after deducting applicable cancellation charges—will be credited back to the original payment account.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellation charges are applied per visa, per person.
  • If you cancel your visa booking within 24 hours of making the booking:
  • $20 per visa will be charged for online visas (if not already processed)
  • $20 per visa will be charged for regular visas

No Refund will be provided in the following situations:

  • If you cancel after 24 hours of booking your visa.
  • If you cancel after our agent has visited for document verification.
  • If you cancel after your documents/passport have been submitted to the respective embassy.
  • Rescheduling & Additional Document Verification Visits
  • Customers are entitled to one free rescheduling of the agent’s visit for physical verification and collection of documents.
  • Any further rescheduling will incur a $20 charge per visa.
  • Our agents will confirm the readiness of your documents before their visit. If documents are incomplete during the visit and an additional visit is required for verification or collection, a $20 (including GST) charge will apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Appointments at VFS Global and Similar Agencies

  • If you have applied for a visa to a country that has outsourced visa collection to VFS Global or similar agencies, their own cancellation and refund policies will apply for rescheduling or no-show cases.
  • In case of a no-show at the visa collection centre, V2F will assist you in rescheduling your appointment after payment of the applicable rescheduling fee.
  • This rescheduling fee varies by country, city, and visa centre where the application is submitted.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed within 48–72 hours and credited to the original mode of payment.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation and refund policy, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
